• Cashback: Cashback is applied to net losses over a specified period. There is no wagering requirement on cashback.
• Refer Bonus: When you refer a friend, both you and the new member will receive a bonus.

07 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion or coordinated cheating
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
• Hacking or Attempted Cyber Attacks
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds
• Using another member's account
• Registering under a false identity

08 Account Closure and Suspension

Tk990 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• If age verification fails
• Upon your own request
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Whether a balance is returned upon account closure depends on the reason. If closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. If the member requests closure themselves, the balance will be returned subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
